Through our contacts we shortlisted 3 of their most suitable properties, an off market house in North Bondi, and 2 properties in Bellevue Hill, one pre-market and one off market..

Negotiating for our clients between the 3 properties, we eventually secured their favourite choice, a large home on a level 556m2 block in a premium quiet street.

We are now assisting our clients in the planning of the renovation project, to ensure a smooth transition into their new home.
