Our client had rented in the Eastern Suburb Beaches area for several years, and was now ready to buy their first home.

They really wanted to live within walking distance to the beach, and be in a large character apartment.

An Off Market apartment, located 300m from Bronte Beach was one of the shortlisted properties. It had 2 large bedrooms, a large and open living area, and a courtyard directly off the living that enjoyed magical Northerly views directly over Bronte Beach.

This property definitely had the X factor our client was looking for, so we began negotiations before it was to be advertised to the public.

After a lengthy negotiation that lasted 5 days, we eventually secured for our client at a price they were very happy with.
