Buyer’s Scenario

Our clients were looking for a family home and had been referred to us by multiple sources.

They wanted a quiet street, bright and sunny living areas, space to grow into, a family friendly layout, privacy, easy access to transport and the CBD, walking distance to the beaches and parks, and minimal to no work required.

After missing out on another property in the final stages of negotiation to another buyer, and not having any other suitable homes to revert to, they decided to engage us to assist.

We launched into a full scale search, and while other buyers were giving up their search until the New Year, we had shortlisted 22 properties, including 16 that were Off Market.

Quickly working to narrow down our clients search to at least 2 of these properties that they liked, to ensure they were in a strong negotiating position, we commenced negotiating between both properties. We eventually secured their preferred property at a price they were very happy with, including a long list of preferred terms also.

We have now commenced assisting our clients with plans for some small renovations, to ensure the property is move in ready, just the way they like it, soon after settlement.
