Our client was from interstate and wanted to enter the property market in a small building with views on a quiet street.
Unfortunately, our client has had previous negative experience with other buyers agents and wasn't sure engaging us would be the right choice for her. She had been inspecting properties for 1.5 years and with the assistance of a number of other buyers agents, but had been unsuccessful at finding a home that fit her criteria.

The first property was a renovation project that we helped redesign, using our in-house building and renovation expert, to create the property she wanted., in a block of 6 with stunning city views.
The second property was a ready-to-move-in small block of 10 with sea and district views. The client loved both these options and found it hard to decide between the two, so we began strategic negotiations on both properties, and eventually secured the off market, ready-to-move in option for well below what the client had authorised us to pay.
