We shortlisted 26 properties, 8 of which were off market and eventually narrowed the search between a property in North Bondi and a harbourfront Double Bay property.
Both were Off Market listings and provided us with additional time to undergo extensive due diligence on the two properties, and put the client in a position to put an offer on both.
The initial offer for the Double Bay property was rejected by the owners, who wanted an emotional based price rather than the logical market price for the property.
The next morning we placed on offer on the North Bondi Property and secured at our initial price.
Our client was pleased to have secured the ideal property, offering long term capital growth and high yield, with existing tenants for the next 18 months, paying 1200p/w, fully renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey apartment in a character block.
