Young professionals with a flair for design, were looking to find a property to renovate and call their own. Ideally wanting to use their design skills to add value to an eastern suburbs home.

Our clients had been looking for a property for 3 years and were exhausted from the weekly search and disappointment of continually missing out on their dream home.

Our expert team prepared property reports to identify a number of purchase opportunities. A two bedroom apartment with prestigious harbour views and private rooftop entertaining deck peaked our clients interested as it provided scope for adding valuing in their ideal location, just minutes from shops and beaches.

These properties are generally very difficult to find, and even more difficult to secure, without paying a premium.

Having dealt with the selling agent on previous occasions, we knew the best style to negotiate and complete the purchase for our clients. We implemented a ‘pre-auction strategy’ as the property was in such high demand, and we were keen to save our client from the stress and spontaneity of a high pressure auction.
