Our repeat clients were after another unique property in the Eastern Suburbs. They were looking for an apartment within walking distance of their preferred location, Watsons Bay beach and ferry wharf. They were after a property with water views, an outdoor space and ideally parking.

We had a very tight budget to work with, making this a very challenging brief.

Only 62 two bed apartments actually existed in this location, and far fewer that ticked all our clients’ wish list. We knew we would have to take a very proactive approach to be able to shortlist potentially suitable properties.

We conducted a thorough off-market search and uncovered 2 potential properties that satisfied most of the criteria. One option was priced above what we researched was fair value, and the other property we discovered had building issues, so the search continued.

We eventually located an off-market property in the perfect location for our client. It had amazing harbour and ocean views, a large balcony, renovated to a high level, came with a large lock up garage, and was in a small block of 4 apartments.

We began negotiations and was able to secure the purchase at a sensible price that our clients were very happy with.
