They wanted to be walking distance to a train station, located in a quiet street, and on a good sized block of land and backyard. Character homes were preferred over anything too modern and an opportunity to add value was also very desirable.

A medical professional had been searching for a home within walking distance to the hospital, and realised the type of property she was after was also in high demand by other buyers.
